  • Business/Marketing Manager

  • responsibilities

    • Organize, monitor and manage all project-related financials (accounts receivable and accounts payable), performance and analytics.
    • Assist with creation and maintenance of graphic and narrative content for presentations, marketing and sponsorships.
    • Assist the principals in the preparation of proposals, responses to RFPs, AIA agreements, public relations and planning of special events.

    qualifications

    • At least 2 years of experience in business management and marketing roles, preferably within the AEC industry.
    • Professional demeanor with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
    • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.
    • Must have the ability to work closely with principals and office manager to develop business plans
    • Experience in graphic design and public relations.
    • Understanding of concepts, practices and procedures in the AEC industry are a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the firm.
    • Capable of working in a deadline driven environment; good time management skills.
    • Self-starter who works well independently or as part of a team.

    • Assist with design and feasibility studies
    • Existing conditions documentation, schematic design, design development, construction docs
    • Assist with construction monitoring and punch list
    • Field surveys and material finish boards

    qualifications

    • One to two years architectural office experience required
    • Prior NYC architectural office experience is preferable
    • Start immediately
    • AutoCAD ability. MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, a plus
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
    • Proficiency with Revit required.
