The words today at Shiloh Senior Residence ribbon cutting ceremony attended by New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson, and representatives from; HUD, HCR, Enterprise Community Partners, Raymond James, all on the financing end; and numerous other partners lead by Westhab Inc. and Shiloh CDC as developers, and Sisca-Mengler JV as contractors.

This residence is fully occupied with forty seniors who have access to a social room, a workout room, lounges and laundry on each floor and a beautifully landscaped garden with gazebo.

Soundview Is Moving Along & Ahead Of Schedule

Soundview is moving along with the east and north façade Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) and metal panels complete. The project is slated for completion in early May, 5 months ahead of schedule.

UAI Qualifies and Competes for a 250-Unit Affordable Housing Complex on behalf of CAMBA Housing Ventures: Camba Gardens Phase II

UAI recently qualified to compete in the design of a multifamily residential complex, re-imagining the site of a psychiatric facility on the Kings County Hospital campus in Flatbush, Brooklyn.  Working together with Liz Farrell, landscape architect, UAI envisioned CAMBA Gardens Phase II as 250 residential units and community spaces around a central open garden space; the focal point for the residences, with gently rolling topography and circulation pathways throughout.

Mindful of the negative connotations of the existing building, UAI’s envisioned space seeks to “Release the Spirits”; bringing new life to the site.

Installation of Piles At 1344 Clinton Avenue

Installation of piles has commenced on Urban Pathway’s 1344 Clinton Avenue project. Once complete, the building will provide for 80 supportive housing efficiency units and supporting amenities.

An encounter with NYC Gneiss has slowed construction at Prospero Hall for Veterans. The subsurface here has some complexities, not only with rock but with soft spots of unsuitable soil as well, requiring piles. To ensure that we are not undermining their rail works, Metro North monitors progress at this site.
