Peter brings the insights from a varied career designing for various sites and environments around the world to his role at UAI. He believes all design and documentation should aspire to be elegant, functional and intuitive.

With over 20 years of experience in a variety of building types, and all phases of design and delivery of buildings, Peter is currently project manager for several UAI supportive housing projects under construction in the New York City metropolitan area. His experience has been vital to bringing these projects in on schedule and within budget, yet with a wealth of thoughtful, intelligent and functional details. Whether designing for remote locations with little or no infrastructure, or for multi-million dollar complexes where no expense is spared, Peter brings the same rigor and focus to his work. Breaking down each problem to carefully tease out the issues, he generously lends his experience to guide his more junior colleagues in developing their own design ideas and process.
