From her first day, Dominique has jumped at the challenge to design and develop community-based projects, following the path she started while working in the non-profit world. Her diligent and sensitive work on a variety of tenant-in-place rehabilitation projects has allowed the firm to take great strides in this area of high need. Dominique has become a key member of the firm’s CANstruction team, helping to raise funds and awareness to combat hunger in our communities. She is also active in several intra-office initiatives, such as developing our Revit / Building Information Modeling capabilities. Dominique manages all this work while tirelessly maintaining her volunteer commitments within Girl Scouts and throughout her community – she is always ready to be part of the solution!
