This newly completed affordable housing development in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn introduces 135 quality apartments and a 3,000-square-foot grocery store, enhancing access to essential services in the area. The building’s vibrant façade features a mix of bright rainscreen panels, contrasting brickwork, and exterior insulated finishes, creating an inviting and modern aesthetic while thoughtfully breaking up the building’s mass.

Designed with health and sustainability in mind, the residence offers abundant natural light through large windows and utilizes non-toxic, low-emission materials. Residents enjoy a variety of communal spaces, including a landscaped rear yard with walking paths, a rooftop deck, and multi-purpose lounge areas that provide both passive and active recreational opportunities.

This energy-efficient building exceeds current conservation standards by integrating advanced systems such as LED lighting, Energy Star-rated appliances, PTAC HVAC systems, solar panels, and green roofs, all contributing to lower energy consumption and environmental impact.

In addition to providing affordable housing, the ground floor includes dedicated counseling offices for residents from special needs populations, ensuring access to essential services within the building. This project reflects our commitment to fostering vibrant, sustainable communities that meet diverse needs.
