Morningside Place Condominiums is located at 361 Manhattan Avenue on the northwest corner of West 115th Street and Manhattan Avenue in the Morningside neighborhood of Harlem. The buildings were originally four independent houses, which were converted to eight duplexes, two per building.

Prior to the gut renovation the buildings were in a dilapidated state after years of use as rooming houses and finally left empty and unattended. The development team, consisting of a builder and architect, took great care to restore the original details of pressed brick, distressed lintels, and articulated cornice.
