Roger brings his focused and pragmatic mindset to bear on some of the more complex jobs in the office, handling his many projects with efficient accuracy. A lifelong New Yorker with first-hand knowledge of the challenges that this city can bring, he keeps himself and his colleagues grounded, always able to see the humor in even the most frustrating situation.

In his role as a project manager, Roger has working on the gut rehabilitation of several scattered-site walk-up buildings in the Fort Greene, Flatbush, Clinton Hill, Williamsburg and Prospect Heights neighborhoods of Brooklyn, which will provide much needed affordable and supportive housing to local residents. Roger is also managing a clinic renovation project for a non-profit community-based health organization as well as the tenants-in place rehab of an apartment complex in Brownsville, all of which draw on his lengthy experience working as an architect of residential and municipal facilities throughout the city.
