The E166th Street Terraces is a development partnership between Twin Brothers Development and experienced not-for-profit housing developer and property manager, SOBRO. The site, divided by two zoning districts with a special mixed-use overlay, will be home to a new construction mixed-use residential building providing 41 units of affordable housing to the Claremont Village neighborhood in the Bronx. In addition to the low-incoming housing, the building contains a 4,300 sf commercial retail space on the corner of East 166th Street and Third Avenue and a two-story, 11,600 sf community facility space, to be operated by a non-profit organization offering community services.

Clad in warm burnt umber brick with a recycled concrete masonry base, the building features multiple private balconies and terraces, as well as three common area roof terraces accessible to the residents with stunning views of the surrounding area and the Manhattan skyline. The building is in construction and due to open in Fall 2019.
